Purpose of Role

PM reports to the Commercial Operations Manager and is part of a Commercial Operations Team (COT).

Most of his activities are during the project execution and has 3 main duties:

  • main point of contact for the Customer, managing all the communication and operational matters of the project.
  • controls the project timeline, interacting with all the departments involved in the project execution.
  • controls the project costs, reporting the Estimate To Complete (ETC) and monitoring the variances between planned and actual costs.

Make the intern autonomous and independent so that he/she acquires the skills useful for the role.
