Purpose of Role

Main responsibilities and duties of Inside Sales shall be to support After Sales Team in all ordinary and extraordinary activities related to Spare Parts and Duplicate Pumps.

Educational objectives

Acquire the technical and transversal skills needed to play the role of a Inside Sales.

Skills to be acquired

Able to work independently and in a team with strong determination to achieve the goals and strong organizational skills, strong analytical skills, strong customer focus; pro-activity and autonomy. Knowledge of customer and products.

Problem Solving, Project Management, Technical Skills, Customer Service, Interpersonal Skills.

IT Skills

MS Office tool, SAP

Language Skills

Knowledge of English language and Italian as well.
