Purpose of Role

TPC is the job technical manager in the execution phase and is the reference point for customers, suppliers and other internal departments.

TPC is responsible for drafting and checking some of the project documents, checking and approving all the client documents, monitors progress of the job documentation and Document Controller operations, and is also responsible for discussing technical issues raised by customers and identifying any “Change Order”.
