Edge – Deals and Strategy & Value Creation – Graduate Programme for EMEA is a unique opportunity to launch your career: a three-year programme tailored by PwC across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

The Edge Programme offers the opportunity to experience 3 different Business Units in Italy, participate in international events, receive technical and business skills training, obtain a professional certification and, for top performers, do an International Exchange.

During the last year of the Edge Programme you will specialize in a specific Business Unit where you will build your professional career.

You will learn from hands-on coaching and an outstanding variety of work, picking up business, personal and technical skills you can use across the network, and throughout your professional life.

We are currently offering internship opportunities in the following Business Units (period: March-August 2024). After the successful completion of the internship you will become part of the Edge Programme starting in September 2024.

Roles and Responsibilities

As an Intern you will be part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

What do we expect from you during the internship?

Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information.

Support research, analysis and problem solving using a variety of tools and techniques.

Produce high quality work which adheres to the relevant professional standards.

Keep up-to-date with technical developments for area of specialism.

Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly.

Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner – verbally and in materials produced.

Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.

Requirements

To be enrolled in the last year of a Master of Science in Economics or Engineering/ STEM (graduation date by October/December 2024)

Proficient and effective in Italian and English at a business level

Strong commitment to work within financial advisory

Team player and self-starter with excellent communication skills and attention to details

Experience of working, studying, or volunteering abroad will be considered a plus
