Key Responsibilities:

This pivotal role entails spearheading consultancy projects with a primary focus on customer success in the realm of digital services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing integration projects, cultivating strategic partnerships with software vendors, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

  • Lead and oversee consultancy projects aimed at facilitating digital transformation for our clients, particularly in the integration of digital services.
  • Design and execute strategies to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, with a focus on large-scale installations such as CRM systems.
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with software vendors to enhance our service offerings and drive mutual growth.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with customer needs and organizational goals.
  • Take ownership of the customer relationship, serving as the primary point of contact and advocate for their success.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, leveraging insights from customer interactions and market trends.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective management of project budgets and resources, with a keen focus on P&L management.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach across the organization, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains paramount in all endeavors.



  • MD in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Extensive experience in project management and consultancy services, preferably within the digital services or software industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex integration projects, with a strong understanding of software implementation processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with software vendors, driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset focused on driving business growth.
  • Results-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in P&L management and financial analysis, with a keen understanding of revenue drivers and cost management strategies.
