Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Prefereabily background in motors and drives construction, including knowledge of motor design principles, power electronics, and control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
