For our Distribution Solutions Division, located in Dalmine (BG), we are looking for a Product Specialist who will join the Product Management Team in the Indoor Apparatus (Control and Protection Products) Local Product Group.

Your responsibilities

• Perform various product life cycle activities supporting development, launch, maintenance, pricing and profitability.
• Support the product development process from project specification to product launch, assisting Global Product Management, Marketing and Sales teams and other Factory functions.
• Propose new product development or enhancements in order to offer suitable and unique solutions to satisfy Customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve Customer issues and to ensure Customer satisfaction.
• Prepare various analyses about market, product and competitors in order to define marketing plans to promote sales activities.
• Deliver new product trainings to internal teams and Customers.

Your background

• A Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Preferred experience of 2 – 5 years in the same field.
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
