We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path with us starting from a role of World Class Manufacturing Engineering Intern.

What is the purpose of this role?

The intern will support the Asahi Way program in order to optimized business processes through WCM/Lean Production principles and  implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

What does this role do?

1. Standards: support the implementation and updating of 5S/Visual management/One Point Lesson/procedures standards with colleagues in shopfloo
2. Support data collection for the evaluation of daily/weekly and monthly results
3. Development of skills, support Skill Matrix project
4. Communication: support plant communication project (boards and digital information)
5. Collaborate with colleagues about Problem Solving tools (Ishikawa, A3, 5Whys,…)

Do you have these requirements?

1. Do you have a Master’s Degree in Engineering?
2. Do you have an excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package?
3. Would you be able to take the interview in English?
