Data Analyst Control Room Coordinator –> BOLZANO/Piacenza

The position reports to Customer Service Tech Service Manager.

The role is to support in providing and creating a structured process for the new control room activities and services (proactive , predictive, flexible maintenance ..)

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Coordination of junior Control Room Specialists
• Real Time Vehicle Monitoring and new trigger alerts definition
• Team Working and information exchange with engineering
• Coordinating the activities with the proper stakeholders
• Working constantly with Quality, determine new triggers to identify potential issues in vehicles for new problems
• Define, in alignment with the After Market Product Strategy, predictive rules and integrations with systems already in place
• Participating in Telematics Platform and report Control Room Activities and request support if needed
• Ensure necessary training (technical and soft skills) for both Technical Support and Control Room resources involved in activities
• Ensure that technical information flows freely between the necessary teams and build a base for future knowledge via troubleshooting and SW integration .
• Supporting the team in new developments like
• Drive the developments of new systems and vehicle requirements to progress and increase the Control Room potentialities

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE:

• Problem solving & data correlation
• Knowledge and operation of commercial vehicles of electronic systems on board
• Knowledge of Diagnostics Systems (EASY tool , Easy Scope , Data Logger )
• Relationship management skills in the team
• High level of data analysis report
• High level of computer literacy and skilled in the use of MS Office productivity tools.
