Help Desk Coordinator –> Bolzano

General

Reporting to the Technical Information Manager in the Customer Service division, the Help Desk Coordinator implements programs, policies and processes which are critical in the success of all the activities, through which the IDV fleet is used and needed.

All work is directed toward ensuring personnel safety, and all operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with all related customers’ requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly responsible for leading and supporting the Help Desk team to ensure the process of incident management and KPI reporting is properly managed.
  • Works closely with business owners and Knowledge Management team to determine, develop and implement proper daily operations.
  • Supervise and direct proactive preventative maintenance schedule programs.
  • Develop written Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other associated documentation.
  • Communicates and coordinates with several supported departments/repair facilities in an effort to provide 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise, direct, or perform administrative functions including: coaching, counseling and managing the performance of direct reports, filling vacancies, preparing and scheduling work assignments.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Knowledge in the areas of vehicle and equipment maintenance and coordinator training, qualification and certification programs, equipment maintenance documentation and process management programs.
  • Principles and practices of leadership and supervision as applied to personnel.
  • Provide technical supervision in maintenance related matters.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relations with individuals, groups, and representatives of other organizations.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team through people leadership and on-going coaching and development.
  • Willing to work in shifts if required.
  • English knowledge is a must, knowledge of other Languages is a plus
