Descrizione

Traffic Management System: a subsystem providing a set of advanced features for railway traffic automation and regulation. It is the main Traffic Control Centre subsystem and can be scope of standalone project or  platform level contract.

Purpose of the job: As Application Design Engineer you will participate to all project execution phases and contribute to Traffic Management System application design, building relevant models and producing related data-preparation to comply with functional requirements, target signaling principles and software recommendations.

Main Activities:

  • The TMS V&V Designer is in charge of TMS Subsystem Verification and Validation activities:
  • write Project Verification and Validation plan;
  • execute, coordinate and monitor Project Verification, Integration and Test activities;
  • ensure requirement coverage along all Project duration;
  • perform full verification or validation of all parameters and data produced at Project level;
  • perform test campaigns, analyse and validate results, write test reports;
  • establish traceability matrix in cooperation with other Project stakeholders.

 

Requisiti

  • Educated to University Degree level  in Electronics/Automation Engineering or Information Technology
  • Basic knowledge of IT architectures (client/server, workstation/Blade, IP networking, routing) and SQL databases.
  • languageGood written/speaking English communication skills
