We are on the hunt for a talented and energetic Scrum Master to lead our developers in delivering the best results in our project.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban, …), and proven experience in working in a development team with some leadership role. You should have a positive attitude and be willing to face new challenges and prove yourself in a challenging and variegated environment where we work with diverse technologies, languages, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a development team (or a couple of them). We usually work with Scrum but sometimes acting as a good-old-PM might be necessary.
• Help the team ensure the delivery of the project (best quality, short time… and the rest of the usual requirements)
• Act as an interface for the customer and other involved stakeholders
• Report to the company management on the status of the project, risks, and opportunities for improvements.
• Help in the estimations of evolutions and coming projects, and work to spread best practices and lessons learnt to the rest of the company

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
• We work with embedded software, mobile applications, and backend systems: expertise in such fields is welcome, as other relevant knowledge in the IoT world
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly interact with customers and other partners and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, able to collaborate effectively in a high-performing environment.
• Most of our projects require interacting within an international context so fluent English is highly recommended.
