What you need to be successful?

• Master degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Electronics Engineering, or a related field (completed between 2022-2023);
• Fluency in English. A second language will be considered as a plus;
• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders;
• Natural aptitude for teamwork;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Personal drive and result-orientation.
