ABOUT KLEOS TEAM

We are an international team part of the /*DXG Legal Software we work in Bitritto (South of Italy) with different countries: Italy, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Sweden, Poland using multiple communication tools for close collaboration.

Our local group divided into agile teams works all stages of the product development and deployment lifecycle following Scrum Methodology ensure fast and high-quality deploy of new version of product.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•             Participate in team discussions about test automation

•             Ensure tests internal standards are met by carrying out automated test suites

•             Work with the QA team to identify potential areas for automation and evaluate test automation actions

•             Support product teams by implementing automated tests as part of a continuous delivery process

•             Advocate for building and adopting tools that can enhance product development organization velocity

•             Promote the importance of quality adoption across all product areas within the organization

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Good knowledge of Office automation tools
• Ability to install, explore and use software
• Strong passion for problem analysis
• Ability to effectively interact with individuals/groups at all levels
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Problem solving and initiative
• Team working

PREFERENTIAL SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or any related field
• Knowledge of Software Testing principles
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented design principles and other design patterns
• Knowledge of DevOps concepts including Continuous integration/delivery/testing
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Quality certifications
