ABOUT KLEOS TEAM

We are an international team part of the /*DXG Legal Software we work in Bitritto (South of Italy) with different countries: Italy, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Sweden, and Poland using multiple communication tools for close collaboration.

Our local group divided into agile teams works all stages of the product development and deployment lifecycle following Scrum Methodology ensure fast and high-quality deploy of new version of product.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in scrum ceremonies
• Design and develop new product functionalities
• Existing features maintenance and bug fixing
• Create technical documentation for new developments
• Implement unit and integration tests

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Good knowledge of Object-Oriented software development design principles
• Relational Database Management knowledge
• Ability to effectively interact with individuals/groups at all levels
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Problem solving and initiative
• Team working

PREFERENTIAL SKILLS

• Knowledge of the C# programming language and Microsoft SQL Server RDBMS
• Knowledge of the cloud computing principles
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or any related field
• Software Architecture Design Patterns
• Knowledge of DevOps concepts including Continuous integration/delivery/testing
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Software Development certifications
